and Iowa Hawkeyes and watching movies. More than anything, Jeremy loved spending time with his family whenever he had the chance, and being "Papa" was his absolute favorite role in life. You could always find him at Saturday morning soccer games, dance recitals, and making memories with his grandchildren. Jeremy worked in healthcare for many years, dedicating his time to caring for adults with intellectual and developmental disabilities. His compassion and care for others touched many lives throughout the years. Jeremy is survived by his daughter, Haley Bowers (Ethan) of Ames; and his beloved grandchildren, Ivy and Silas. He is also survived by his sisters, Angie (Johnny) of Nevada and Aimmie (Paul) of Fernald; his brother, Rex of Kamrar; his mother, Irene, and stepfather, Dewayne, of Kamrar; along with his nieces, Shiyan, Taylor, Harper, Lizzy, Jenny, and Samantha; nephews, Quentin and Robby; and many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends. He was preceded in death by his father, Wilbur Halladay; his grandparents, Donna and Jer Arringdale, and Pat and Bill Halladay; as well as his aunts, Judi Fuller, Julie Miller, and Jerilee Arringdale. Jeremy will be deeply missed by all who knew and loved him.
