ed her vocation as a wife and mother. She began her life's next chapter caring for her mother, moving back to the East Coast in 2012 and spending much of her time as a caregiver. Shortly after her mother's death, she began her own struggle with Parkinson's Disease. For several years she kept active, enjoying long walks and volunteering when possible. Most recently, she loved the experience of supporting the Volvo Ocean Race stopover at Ft. Adams in May 2018. Her brave struggle with Parkinson's Disease meant that she had to give up many activities including exercise, writing, and singing, but it did not rob her of her natural beauty, gorgeous green eyes, scintillating smile, ready laugh, and loving heart. She showed grace, gentleness, and grit throughout.
