Iva Virginia Neff, 96 of Pembroke Pines, FL passed away on July 23, 2019 in Hollywood, FL. Iva Virginia Neff was born in Waverly, Ohio to Clarence and Rebbecca Potts on May 4, 1923. She graduated from Enon High School in Ohio in 1941. She married Robert James Neff on May 17, 1946 in Springfield, Ohio. She graduated from Business College. She worked as an executive secretary for the United States Navy for two years. She was a veteran of World War II and served in the Navy from February, 1944 to March, 1946 and was awarded the World War II Victory Medal. She worked as a pharmacy technician for 38 years and retired at 79 years old. She spent her remaining retirement years enjoying time with her family and friends. Iva Virginia Neff is preceded in death by her husband Robert James Neff, father Clarence Potts, mother Rebbecca Potts, and brother Malcolm Potts.
