Marlyn E. "Tink" Westerbeck, 94, of Holiday, Florida, formerly of Mt. Pleasant, died Tuesday, April 9, 2019 at his home. He was born February 13, 1925 in New London to Joseph and Elsie Bauer Westerbeck. On November 7, 1945, he married Ruth L. Kinney. She died in 2001.
He was a graduate of New London High School and was of the Baptist faith. He and his wife owned and operated Bayview Antiques and Collectibles of New Port Richey, Florida from 1974 to 1995.
Mr. Westerbeck is survived by two sons, Ronald of Wayland, IA and Randolph "Randy" of Hudson, Florida; one daughter, Linda Kay Bolick of New Port Richey, Florida; three grandchildren; eight great-grandchildren; two great-great-grandchildren; and nephews. Besides his wife, Ruth and his parents, he was preceded in death by one son, Stanley; one sister Elizabeth Shafer; two brothers, Raumas and N.J. "Steve" Westerbeck; and his son-in-law, Joe Bolick.
