sted in the Martin home over the years. Most notably, Danek Bondar of Venezuela, whom Adam considered to be his brother. Their bond, developed as teenagers and has never been interrupted. Adam cultivated many interests during his life, including philosophy and a relentless pursuit of spiritual understanding, always asking the big questions about life. He was a skilled photographer and martial artist, earning his black belt among friends at Karate America. He had a spiritual and sensitive nature, and was inspired by his father Jon with a love for the outdoors. He enjoyed visiting many national monuments and parks within the United States, as well as a family trip to Italy and Portugal in 1994, where he visited his other international brother, Simone. Above everything, Adam was a devoted and beloved son and brother. A friend to all, especially his elders and neighbors, he never hesitated to help others in need and respond to any suffering around him. His zeal for life, deep love for others, and desire to connect to the universe will continue to be an inspiration to the family and friends who will always remember him.
