Madison/Woodville- Marsha Kay Rogers, age 79, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, January 30, 2018. She was born December, 7, 1938 to Herbert and Sylvia Stiemke of Madison. She grew up in the Madison area, graduating from East High, and was united in marriage to Fred D. Rogers on August 22, 1959. Settling in the Rice Lake area, she worked as a secretary for the Chamber of Commerce for many years. Upon returning to the Madison area, she worked as a secretary for the Food Research Department at the University of Wisconsin- Madison.
Marsha loved gardening, bowling, and spending time with her family. She will be remembered always for her kind heart and willingness to put others first.
She is survived by her brother; Kenneth (Donna) Stiemke of Friendship, WI, children; Ty (Dawn) Rogers of Cameron, WI, Debby (Dan) Keefer of Woodville, WI, and Tim Rogers of Madison, WI, four grandchildren; Jake and Maria Keefer, Courtney Rogers, and Dustin Weyenberg. She was preceded in death by her parents; Herbert and Sylvia Stiemke, and husband of 57 years; Fred Rogers.
