Jennifer Susan Marrou, of Windsor Colorado, our beautiful loving mother, daughter, fiancé, sister, niece, cousin and friend left us peacefully in the early morning hours of Sunday, January 21, 2018 at the age of 43. Jen was born on May 4, 1974 in Ft. Collins. She attended Timnath Elementary, Boltz Junior High and graduated from Ft. Collins High School in 1992. She went on to attend University of Nebraska at Kearney and University of North Texas in Denton, Texas. She lived in Dallas for a few years, before returning to Ft. Collins and the Colorado mountains she loved and grew up packing into on horseback with her Dad. In her youth she was an excellent athlete and dancer and developed many lifelong friendships. She was devoted to her family and worked side by side with them until her passing. Jens greatest love and she would tell you her greatest accomplishment, was her beloved son, Cash Marrou Vandagriff, born September 24, 2009. Cash is in second grade in Windsor. Jen was a lover of floral design and fashion, Jen always tried to look her best every day and she was a wonderful decorator and worked so hard to keep her extensive garden and yard immaculate. She and Cash took such pride in the home they had made together. Jen leaves behind her loving son, Cash Marrou Vandagriff, her parents; Pat and Dale Marrou, her brother Jordon and wife Hollie, her devoted fiancé Trevor Valdez, his daughters Livi and Annika , Aunt Linda and Uncle Dennis Cole of Denver, Aunt Susan Tjong of CA, Uncle Gary and Aunt Myrna Marrou, ex husband Erin M. Vandagriff and Cash's brother Conner, cousins, Carrie (Scott) Metz, CA, Christie (Sam) Clemmons of CA, Christopher (Monica) Cole of GA, Stephanie (Scott) Barker of Denver. David (Julie) Marrou, Robert and Anna Thayer of Wisconsin and eight nieces and nephews and Lifelong friends Nikki, Geoff, and Heather.
