s a result, they are also talented musicians. Most importantly, Chris was the rock of our family. He was always there for every step of the way for his wife and children and there was never a time where he put his own needs before those around him. Friends and family will recall his witty and bright sense of humor throughout the years, he always was able to make others around him smile and laugh. His life was taken much too soon, and we will miss him every day and throughout this life and into eternity. Chris is survived by his devoted wife Annie; his children Cailtin and Griffin; his sister Heather (Jeff) Sorensen; a brother Michael McGrath; and many nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Chris is preceded in death by his parents. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held at 11:00 AM on Wed Oct 4, 2017 at OUR LADY QUEEN OF PEACE CATHOLIC CHURCH, 401 S. Owen Dr. Madison, a luncheon will follow the Mass at another location. Visitation will be from 4:00 PM - 7:00 PM on Tue Oct 3, 2017 at Cress Funeral Home, 3610 Speedway Road with a time of sharing at 6:30 PM. There will also be visitation on Wed from 10:00 AM until the time of the Mass at Church. In lieu of flowers, memorials are suggested to the family for the education of their children.
