Donna Mae Behrens, 69, of Rochester, MN. died Saturday, January 30, 2016 at St. Marys Hospital in Rochester. Donna Mae Beilke was born on July 23, 1946 in Rochester, MN.to Elmer and Hilda (Laabs) Beilke.She graduated from John Marshall High School in 1964.On July 3, 1965, she married Kenneth Behrens in Rochester.The couple lived in Rochester and Donna provided licensed in-home day care.Donna returned to college in 1986.She was a volunteer for NAMI warmline, assisting callers, and also volunteered with Mayo Clinic.She also worked at Salvation Army Adult Day Care.Donna enjoyed reading, taking care of her dog Cody, and spending time with her grandson. Donna is survived by her daughter, Sheila (Chuck) Behrens-Getzin of Red Wing, MN.; daughter Catherine (Earl) Voss of St. Charles, MN.; grandson Erik Voss of St. Charles; sisters Helen Hyland of Austin, MN and Carol (John) Adamson of Byron, MN; brothers John (Bea) Beilke of Rochester, MN and Ernest (Mary) Beilke of Rochester, MN;brother-in-law David Swanson of Mantorville, MN. ; sister-in-law Debra (Mark) Lingl of Auburn, WA; her dog Cody and nieces and nephews.She was preceded in death by her parents; husband Kenneth, brother Gilbe...[more]

Beilke, sister Delores Swanson, sister-in-law Ruth Beilke, sister-in-law Judy Behrens,brother-in-law Milo Hyland and infant brother Marlin. A funeral service will be held at 10:00 AM on Friday, February 5, 2016 at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Homes Chapel.Visitation will be from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Thursday at Ranfranz and Vine Funeral Home and also one hour prior to the service on Friday at Ranfranz and Vine.Burial will be in Oakwood Cemetery Rochester, Minnesota.Memorials are preferred to the family.
