Mary Maxine Lytle

Mary Maxine Lytle, age 98, a resident of Port Charlotte, Florida for 45 years, passed away on Monday, November 7, 2016.  She was born to Clare and Ethel Quillen on June 22, 1918 in Waynetown, Indiana.  Maxine, as everyone called her, was married to James Robert Lytle, who preceded her in death.  They enjoyed and loved their family more than anything.   Maxine was not only preceded in death, by her husband of 64  years, but also her sons, James R. Lytle and John W. Lytle.  She is survived by her daughter Mary Jane Burns (Tom) of Port Charlotte, daughter-in-law Donna Lytle of Crawfordsville, Indiana, eight grandchildren, Peggy Promey (Daryl), Gary Lytle, John Lytle (Connie), Lori Lytle Sizemore, Jill Smith (Tim), Julie Hofmann (Brian), Holli Burns and Heather Boggess (Steve), fourteen great grandchildren, and nine great-great grandchildren.  A private memorial is being held at a later date.
