Judith E. Pelowski

Judith E. (Quandt) Pelowski, 70, went home to her Heavenly Father on Saturday, October 23, 2010, at Samaritan Bethany Heights in Rochester, MN. Judith was born March 25, 1940, in Olmsted County, MN, to Gordon and Helen (Bruce) Quandt. Judy attended Rochester High School. She married Jerome Tilford in 1958 who passed away in 1983. In November of 1985, she married Jack Pelowski of Dover, MN. Judy was full of life and enjoyed spending time with family and friends. While living at Bethany Heights, residents and care givers became part of her family. She will be greatly missed by all. Judy had a passion for fishing, reading a good mystery, her flower gardens and a hot card game.



Survivors include her husband, Jack; three children, James (Jody) Tilford of Dover, MN, Dan (Lynn) Tilford of Eyota, MN, and Lisa Tilford Majerus of Rochester, MN; four step-children, Rick (Linda) Wilkins of St. Charles, MN, Jackie Pelowski of Rochester, MN, Janis (Mark) Stokes of Chatfield, MN, and Joni Fortney of Stockton, MN; ten grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; four brothers, Gordy (Darlene) Quandt of Rochester, MN, Ken (Kathy) Quandt of Rosemount, MN, Richard (Terry) Qu...[more]

Funeral services will be held on Friday, October 29th, at 11:00am at Hoff Funeral and Cremation Service - St. Charles with the Reverend Jean L. Boese officiating. Burial will be in Evergreen Cemetery in Dover, MN. Friends may call on Thursday at the funeral home in St. Charles from 5-8:00pm and also one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Friday.
