Bonnie Waskom

Mrs. Bonnie Waskom, 68 of Seymour, passed away April 6, 2015, at the Schneck Medical Center, in Seymour. Bonnie was born in Seymour on December 11, 1946, the daughter of the late David S. Baxter, Sr. and Alberta M. VonDielingen Baxter. She was a member of Immanuel Lutheran Church. She married Charles Waskom on January 10, 1970 in Seymour. Bonnie enjoyed reading, puzzles and being a "Grammy" was her favorite thing to do. She worked at Cummins for 34 years and retired in 2001. Bonnie was a 1964 graduate of Cortland High School. She is survived by her husband, 2 children; Wendy (Joe) Nicholson and Brent Waskom, grandchildren; Brock Storey, Boone Nicholson, Mackenzie Waskom, and Morgan Waskom, 2 brothers; David "Jack"(Bonnie) Baxter, Jr., Rick (Tami) Baxter, sister; Barbara (Jim) Unger, sister in law; Julie Baxter, and 20 nieces and nephews. She is preceded in death by her parents, brother; Ralph "Butch" Baxter and a nephew Andy Baxter. Funeral service will be at Voss Funeral Home on Friday, April 10 at 10:00am with The Rev.
