Victoria "Vikki" Avery Potts

Victoria Avery Potts was born April 19, 1954 in Chambers County, AL to the parentage of the late Jim Potts, Barbara Jean Potts and William Johnson, Sr. She was a product of the West Point Public Schools, where she was a member of the 1972 graduating class of West Point High School. Vikki's passions in life were sewing and taking care of others. She spent every day hemming pants, and taking up clothes for the community. She was the daughter of the late Jim Potts, Barbara Jean Potts and William Johnson, Sr. She was preceded in death by two brothers, Terrell Johnson and Vincent Potts, whom she loved dearly. "Vikki" as she was known to most, accepted Christ at an early age and joined the Emanuel Chapel CME Church. The family will receive friends on Friday, October 16, 2009 from 7:00 PM until 8:00 PM at the M. W. Lee Mortuary.
