"We were so saddened to just now find out that Kathy had passed. The last time we saw her and Alex was mid January having breakfast at Eddie's Cafe. We knew she didn't look very well then, but we didn't ask questions...felt like she wanted privacy. Kathy will be dearly missed by all, it was a pleasure knowing you and hanging out on Friday nights at Chili's in Los Banos. Rest in Peace my friend!!!"

Kathryn Ann Castillo, 68, of Los Banos California, passed away on February 20, 2026, surrounded by family. Born in Salinas California on November 22, 1958. She worked as a Social Security Administrator for 40 years before retiring in 2020. Kathy is survived by her husband Mauro, Son Jr, as well as her Grandchildren Eldia, Diego, Eleanora, Lien, and Alina. Viewing Services will be held at Whitehurst Funeral Home on March 7, 2026, at 3PM.
