"Phyllis was one of a kind. I met her at my first Summer Reading Program at Washington Library. She was a hoot and a firecracker. I loved talking with her and her stories. Wow! My favorite is when she rejected a date with Robert Goulet, the famous singer. I called her Mrs. Goulet after that. Lol. Oh how I wish I could've visited her one more time. I will truly miss Phyllis. My heart breaks for you all. Hugs, prayers and love to her family and friends. Not Goodbye but see you later. Til we meet again, rest easy my dear friend. "
