GALDINO - DELGADO JAIMES

Galdino Delgado Jaimes, a longtime resident of Firebaugh passed away at his residence on August 1, 2024, at the age of 67. Galdino was born April 18, 1957, to Epifanio and Juana (Jaimes) Delgado in Tuzantla, Michoacan Mexico.
Galdino grew up in Mexico and completed his studies to become a teacher. He met the love of his life Silvia and married her on March 25, 1983, in Morelia Mich., Mexico. He immigrated to USA and became a truck driver to provide for his family. Galdino was a devoted loving husband, father, grandfather, brother, friend and catholic. He enjoyed being a member of the Guadalupana Society, Grupo de Oracion and Church Choir. He made many friends both at work and at church. He will be greatly missed and remembered lovingly by his family and friends.
He was preceded in death by his parents: Epifanio and Juana Delgado, sister Francis and brother Juan Delgado.
Galdino is survived by his wife Silvia Delgado, children: Carlos, Gabriel and Miguel Delgado, five sisters: Isabel, Teresa, Oliva, Rosa and Margarita, four brothers: Beto, Emilio, Rogelio and Marcos, two grandchildren: Carly and Juniper, and many family and friends who love him.
A visitation will be held on Thursday, August 8, 2024, at 5:00 pm at St. Joseph's Church of Firebaugh followed by The Holy Rosary at 6:30 pm. Mass will be celebrated Friday, August 9, 2024, at 10 am at St. Joseph's Church in Firebaugh.
