Remembering Randy:

Randy was born on August 26, 1953, in Rochester, NY to William & Rosemary Robertson. Randy and his siblings, William and Laurie grew up in Greece with their pet poodle named Pepper. His dad was the dog warden for the town and his mom worked at Delco.

Randy and his wife, Cindy, met in high school and spent 50 wonderful years together, raising their children, Scott, Brian & Christine. They enjoyed many trips together while the kids were growing up.

He enjoyed watching the Buffalo Bills, NASCAR, all the western movies starring John Wayne and the cooking channel or listening to music from the 60's & 70's.

Randy had several close friends, Tom Buss, John Plummer, Tim Ellis and many more, some of whom he met at the Greece Highway Dept.

He loved his friends and spending time with them, but his most cherished time was spent with his family! The greatest joy of his life was his granddaughter, Briana, he, and Cindy raised her from the day she was born.

He was a kind, always there-for-you type of guy, who was thoughtful and devoted to his wife and family. He is going to be dearly missed.

"Randy was THE best! We had coffee and chatted every morning before the work day started at the Y. He loved his family and was probably one of the sweetest men I have ever met! I was sad when he finally retired from his retirement job at the Y. He was always upbeat and was such a caring man. Rest easy Randy. -Maryanne LaRuez"
