Greece: Passed away on March 21, 2024. Debra is predeceased by her parents, John & Mary Palermo; in-laws, Robert & Josephine Tellier. She is survived by her devoted husband of 46 years, Mark Tellier; children, Laura Tellier & Michael (Kristina) Tellier; grandchildren, Julia & Matthew; sisters-in-law, Karen Hill & Anne (Paul) Schiller; aunts, uncles, cousins & dear friends.

Debra was a loving wife, mother, grandmother and avid NY Yankees fan.

Debra's life story will be shared during visitation 4:00-7:00 pm on Monday, April 1st at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her Memorial Mass will be celebrated on 9:30am on Tuesday, April 2nd at Sacred Heart Cathedral, 296 Flower City Park. Inurnment in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. Memorial donations can be made in Debra's name to your favorite charity.
