Chili: Passed away suddenly on February 23, 2024. Frank is predeceased by his daughter, Olivia & father Frank R. He is survived by his loving wife, Laurinda (Knapp); son Frank S. (Morgan Ballard); mother, Diane; grandmother Mary; sister Andrea (Jeff) Chapman; mother-in-law Noreen; brother-in-law Jeff (Julie) Knapp; special nieces, nephews & cousins; loving aunts, uncles & dear friends.

Frank was a devoted husband who cared for his beloved wife. He was always willing to help others in need. Frank brought joy & happiness to everyone in his presence.

Frank's life story will be shared during visitation, 2-4 & 6-8 pm on Thursday, February 29 at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Ln. His funeral service will be celebrated 11:00 am on Friday, March 1 also at the funeral home.
