Margaret L. Sliger

Margaret L Sliger was born to Jeff and Martha Lou Ella Wiley on December 12, 1932, in Isola Mississippi and left us on November 22, 2023, to soar with the Angels. Margaret moved to Los Banos in 1956 and established Margaret's Beaty Salon a few years later. She loved her career, her customers and those who worked beside her. She was a very caring woman who would help anyone who needed a lending hand. Margaret was preceded in death by her parents, brother James (JB) Wiley and son in law Rodney Hammack. She is survived by her sisters Faye Stebens, Katie (Roger) Havens, Mary (Roger) Hammack and brother Jeff (Donna) Wiley's son Alan (Dawn) Jones, daughters Ann Hammack and Lisa (Larry) Carmo, 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews who loved her dearly and miss her greatly. In Lieu of flowers her family requests donations to the local Kops for Kids sponsored by PAL, a program that was very dear to her heart and that she donated generously too for many years.
