Bill Everett Wyrick, 80, of Los Banos, passed away August 23, 2023, at home surrounded by his loving family. Bill was born May 15, 1943, in Rural Prairie Missouri to Owen and Lucy Wyrick. Bill lit up the room when he walked in a and always left a memorable impression on those whose paths he crossed. He was passionate about manufacturing recreational vehicles, music, adventures, but most of all his family.
Bill was self-employed and the owner of AutoMate Recreational Vehicles. He designed and manufactured multiple sizes and models under the brand names of AutoMate and ToyMate. He was a pioneer in the RV industry for over 50 years creating customized RVs to suit all his customers' needs.
Bill's friends knew him in his younger years as always driving a corvette and living in the fast lane. Above all Bill was a family man. He was the provider, mentor, confidante, dreamer, and most of all strength to his family. Not only did he touch the lives of his family, but he was also a natural at making friends. Bill was the most loving, generous, man imaginable.
Bill was preceded in death by his parents, Owen and Lucy Wyrick; son, Michael Everett Wyrick; brother, James Wyrick; brother, Gerald Wyrick; sister, Doris Wyrick. He is survived by his loving children Billy Wyrick, James Wyrick, Gina Wyrick, of Los Banos; grandsons Anthony Costa and Charles Costa, of Los Banos; Elizabeth Caldera, fiancée, of Los Banos.
Services will begin with visitation on Thursday, August 31, 2023, at 5:00pm at Whitehurst Funeral Chapel. The funeral will be held on September 1, 2023,
