Paul Charles Rousey
September 1, 1987 - April 14, 2023

Paul Charles Rousey, 35, passed away at his Washington residence on April 14, 2023. He was born in Jasper, September 1, 1987, to Charles W. and Lisa A. (Thombleson) Rousey.

A 2006 graduate of Washington Catholic High School, Paul went on to attend Vincennes University where he studied Computer Science. He was employed at Bootz Industries, Evansville, where he worked in industrial maintenance. Paul was well-versed in computers and technology and was skilled in metal fabrication and welding. Paul was an avid fisherman, but, was happiest when he was spending time with family and friends. Paul's smile would light up a room. He always put everyone else's welfare above his own. He was a member of Our Lady of Hope Catholic Church.

Those who now mourn Paul's passing include his parents, Lisa and Charles Rousey; his brother, Nick (Ashley) Norris; his nephew, Logan Norris of Winslow; aunts, Patty Fountain of Granite City, Illinois; Beth Dant of Washington and Deb Thombleson of Glendale. He leaves several cousins and his beloved canine companion, Chico.

During his lifetime, Paul grieved the loss of his uncle, Dee Rousey; aunt, Susie Akers; maternal grandparents, Rose and Paul Thombleson; and his paternal grandparents, Gerda and Charles Rousey.

Visitation for Paul Rousey will be 4:00-7:00 pm, Wednesday, April 19, 2023, at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary, 620 East Viola Avenue, Washington, Indiana.

Funeral services for Paul Rousey will immediately follow the visitation and begin at 7:00 pm, also at the Ed L. Lee Mortuary. Yvonne Evans will officiate.
