In loving memory of

Lisa A. Liberatore
April 24, 1962 - April 5, 2023

Greece: Passed unexpectedly, April 5, 2023. Lisa is predeceased by her father, Frank Bellavia. She is survived by her loving husband, Robert Liberatore; adoring daughters, Deanna Liberatore & Nicole Liberatore; mother, Jacqueline Bellavia; siblings, Frank (Kim) Bellavia & Mark (Denise) Bellavia; several nieces, nephews, cousins & dear friends.

Lisa was born April 24, 1962 here in Rochester, NY. Her early childhood education was spent at Spencerport and Holy Family, then she attended Spencerport High School, where she was a varsity cheerleader. Lisa held the fort down at Romeo's where she was the front end manager, bartender, and a bouncer. She also worked at CCSI as facilities manager, "their engine". Her hobbies included fitness like cardio and weight training, and Lisa became a sun goddess during the summertime.

Lisa met her husband Rob through the game of baseball at the park on Glide and Emerson. They married on February 7, 1987 at the Plantation Party House. The couple welcomed two beautiful daughters into this world, Deanna Marie and Nicole Lynn. Lisa loved being a coach's wife, supporting Rob and his hockey teams and soccer tournaments. They also enjoyed Friday boating. Vacations were always something they cherished, from traveling to Dominican Republic, Cape Cod, 1000 Islands, and Mexico.

Lisa's daughters meant the world to her, and all of her friends and family knew that important bond. She had many friends, but you would find she and Rob did everything with Doug and Sue Suraci, whom she met from their kids going to school together and Rob coached their son in hockey. The individual who had the most impact on Lisa's life would be Patty Sofia, and now these two are reunited once again. Lisa's extended family served an important role in her life as well. You could hear Lisa say quite frequently, "long story short" or "believe you me". Her favorite type of music was hard rock. It is difficult to describe your loved one using only five words; however, these describe Lisa well: hard working, energetic, selfless, protective, and caring. Lisa is also known for being "Our Clean Freak", "Ride or Die" to her family and friends, having a purse full of anything you would need at any given time, always being only a phone call way, and having a love of flip flops and sandals. Lisa was walking sunshine to anyone she encountered. To know her was to love her. We will never forget her love.

Lisa's life story will be shared during her visitation, Wednesday, April 12th, 1-3 & 6-9 PM at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane (Between 390 & Long Pond Rd.). Private interment. In lieu of flowers, donations may be sent to Breast Cancer Coalition, 1048 University Ave., Rochester, NY 14607 in Lisa's memory.

"In life we all get so focused on surviving through life?s tragedies ; left foot right foot breathe. That we keep our head down as we try to move forward. My husband loved his MPB family and loved to stop into the restaurant on lunch. I recently learned by his coWorkers they all had went to Romeos just hours before he past. He adored Lisa and entire family enjoyed making and having laughs. Thank you Lisa for putting a smile on his face in very last moments. May all your loving memories bring you comfort and peace! The Gartley Family "

"It is with a heavy heart I write this tribute. I had the privilege of working with Lisa at CCSI for several years. During that time, I not only considered her to be an amazing co-worker that always had my back, but I considered her a friend. Boy, did we share some laughs and adventures during our time together at CCSI; Chasing Bats and toilet geysers to just name a few. There were mornings we laughed till we cried. Lisa was someone you could always count on! As I grew to know Lisa it was clear that her family was the most important part of her world. She would absolutely light up when talking about her daughters. She was so proud! She shared her love of her yearly trip with her Mom to Vidlers 5&10 and ?Beef on a Wick?. I know she loved and treasured her boating weekends. After I left CCSI I would look forward to our reunion dinners for catch up- they won?t be the same without her smile, spirit, and laughter. Lisa was a light in this world and will always have a special place in my heart. My deepest sympathies to her family and friends. I hope that you can take comfort in knowing that she was deeply loved by all she was close to, and her memory will remain in all of our hearts for eternity! Amy Burmeister"
