Dr. Ralph James Pagano
February 5, 1947 - April 1, 2023

Dr. Ralph James Pagano passed away on Saturday April 1, 2023 at the age 76. He was born in Chicago, Illinois on February 5, 1947, and moved with his family to the Valley of the Sun in 1986, and resided in Phoenix for 37 years. Dr. Pagano was a graduate from University of Notre Dame and Loyola Medical school. He was an accomplished neurologist who practiced medicine for 46 years. Recently retired, he enjoyed hiking, volunteering, traveling, and spending time with family. He was a true patriarch and a fierce supporter of everyone he loved. He is survived by his beloved spouse Ricki Sue Pagano of 31 years; son David (Lindsay) Pagano; daughter Elizabeth (Marshall Leroy) Smith; and grandchildren Easton and Harlow Pagano. Services will be held on Tuesday, April 11 at Hansen Desert Hills Mortuary and Cemetery at 11:00 am (6500 East Bell Road, Scottsdale, AZ, 85254).
