Rochester, Suddenly passed away on March 6th at the age of 46. Katie is predeceased by her maternal grandparents, James & Edna Hill; beloved uncle, James Hill. She is survived by her loving companion, John Forest; her children, Nicholas & Brooklyn; parents, Vince & Wendie Germano; siblings, VJ Germano & Abbey (Sohaib) Germano-Siddiqui; grandparents, Vincent & Josephine Germano; niece, Layla Siddiqui; aunts & uncles, Carol (Larry) Yost, Sam (Diane) Germano, Tony (Jill) Germano, Michele (Dave) Champion; many cousins & dear friends.

Katie's life story will be celebrated during her visitation on Thursday, March 16th from 4-7 pm at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane, 14626. Her Funeral Mass will be Friday, March 17th at 10:30 am at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. Read Blvd.,14612. She will be laid to rest in Holy Sepulchre Cemetery. In lieu of flowers please consider a donation to Lollypop Farm, 99 Victor Rd, Fairport, NY 14450 in Katie's memory.
