"I will miss JD a lot he was my drinking partner him with Courvoisier and me with Christian brothers. I will miss his great big hug?s and playing pool but most of all his great stories and BBQ?s I love ?? making sides for him. He was a good friend and he will be missed. My husband and I will truly cherish the memories that we shared together of him and his son Jay. "I have know JD for almost 28 years. I met JD first when I began working for Polk County and he helped me learn the ins and outs of working at the detention center and youth shelter. JD was also the person who really got me to loving pool. I have many found memories of practicing at McCoy\'s and playing on JD\'s pool teams. But what I will miss the most is your hugs and big smile you always greeted me with to this day."
