Stanley Carroll Nuss was born October 8th, 1946, in Little Rock, Arkansas to Mary Matheny
Nuss and Robert H. Nuss. He passed away from this life on January 6th, 2023. Stan did a full four-year Navy worldwide tour on the USS Franklin D. Roosevelt air carrier. He is a Vietnam veteran and served in the 7-day Arab Israeli War; as well as the capture of the U.S.S. Pueblo.
Hewas preceded in death by one grandson Calvin Danger Nuss, his grandparents, Orville and Maude Northcutt Matheny, and his parents. He is survived by a son, Benjamin J. Nuss of Indiana,four grandchildren, Cameron, Courtney, Dustin, and Benjamin J. Jr Nuss, and his wife of 50 plus years Pamela Sue Winkler Nuss. Stanley loved his family and his two dogs Dutchess, Duke.
