"Ray was a great friend. I met Ray about 18 years ago in a coffee shop. Ray would pick up his wife at a memory care facility, take her to the coffee shop, and read to her. A number of friends gathered daily at the shop and when Ray?s wife past we welcomed him into our coffee fold. For years we gathered together for coffee. Ray would speak volumes by not saying anything. When Ray did speak normally he would say something hilarious. Ray had a very quiet, dry sense of humor. Ray, we?re going to miss you. So many of our group have past. Ray was a born again Christian who lived his beliefs. Ray, keep the coffee pot warm. I look forward to our next cup."
