Beverly Bennett
Beverly Bennett, 86, passed away on December 6, 2022. She was the widow of Fred Bennett and they had shared 23 years of marriage together. Beverly was born in Martinsville, IL. She was the daughter of Corydon & Virginia Mauk and she attended Martinsville, HS and later Phoenix College. She worked as a legal secretary at various Phoenix law firms, and the State of Arizona. Beverly was a member of Calvary Church of the Valley in Paradise Valley, AZ. She enjoyed golf and travel and playing cards with friends. She is survived by her children, Stacy Schneider, and Jim Cunningham. She has five grandchildren and five great-grandchildren. A graveside service will be held December 15 at 10:30 AM with interment at the National Memorial Cemetery of Arizona. The viewing will be held from 8:30 to 9:45 AM at Hansen Mortuary, 8314 N. 7th Street, Phoenix, AZ. Memorial donations in lieu of flowers may be made to Calvary Church of the Valley, 6107 N. Invergordon Rd., Paradise Valley, AZ 85253.
