Salvatore "Sam" Puleo
February 21, 1965 - November 30, 2022

Canton-Salvatore "Sam" Puleo, 57, passed away on Wednesday, November 30, 2022 at Methodist Hospital in Peoria.
He was born on February 21, 1965 in Cinisi, Sicily to Pietro and Santa (Biundo) Puleo. They preceded him in death.
He married Vicki Kemper and surviving is their daughter Alessandra "Allie" Puleo of Chicago, three brothers, Rosolino "Lee" Puleo of Canton, Vincenzo Puleo of Cinisi, Sicily, Andrea Puleo of Cinisi, Sicily, his partner in life Sheila Thomas, two nephews, Pietro and Anthony and six nephews and nieces living in Italy.
He was also preceded in death by one brother, Filippo Puleo.
Sam was in sales and marketing for LaRoma Pizza. He enjoyed sports, especially basketball.
A visitation will be held on Sunday, December 4, 2022 from 1-3pm at Oaks-Hines Funeral Home and Crematory in Canton. A funeral service will follow at the Queen of Heaven Mausoleum in Hillside, IL on Monday, December 5, 2022 at 2 pm.
