I knew Matt as a friendly, kind hearted soul who was strong as an ox. So many of the projects we embarked on would not have been possible without Matt\'s resourcefulness and determination to get the job done. He had a tool for everything and the creativity to solve problems as they arose. I could always count on Matt, he was the best right hand man anyone could wish for. Phillip Matthew James Reynolds, 55, born October 10, 1967, ascended November 17, 2022. A celebration of life will be held on December 11, 2022, from 2:00 - 6:00 p.m. at Misfits Pub and Grub, SE 30th and Scott in Des Moines, Iowa. A private family burial will be held at a later date.
Matt spent his life devoted to family and friends, always ready with a helping hand. Self-employed after learning many trades for years, he truly enjoyed the past 12 years maintaining the horse stables on Hartford Avenue. 10 of those years alongside his Mother. Continuing the last 2 with the new owners, joined often by son Josh at his side.
Grieving the loss: daughter Deaven (Jordan) Lytton; grandsons Da"Kota" and Jamison; son Joshua Bonnell; Mother Sharon Reynolds; sisters Tracy Reynolds, Debbie Reynolds, Phyllis (Scott) Drown; brother Bob (Jackie) Reynolds; niece; nephews; and extended family. Horse Jocko, and dogs Tregg and Rebel.
