"Kandy was more like a sister than a cousin. The Peck kids and I grew up together and I have so many fond memories of those times. We always gathered at my parents\' house in Grant for Christmas Eve. A house full of children brought so much joy and happiness to Aunt Catherine and Uncle Rudy during the holidays. I will miss Kandy\'s infectious laugh and exchanging funny birthday cards. Rest in peace, cuz. "

"I had the pleasure to be Kandy\'s English instructor and volleyball coach at Wallace, Nebraska, for 2 years, 1974-1976. Kandy was friendly, funny, and a dedicated athlete, as well as an excellent student. Her volleyball skills were impressive, especially her serving and passing...and whenever an opportunity arose, she would even spike the ball. I fondly remember her beautiful smile and the sparkle in her eyes. Rest in peace, Kandy Lynn."

"Whenever I think of Kandy . The first thing that comes to mind is her infamous fried soft shell taco?s!! She would put everything in a soft shell and fry it in the pan. It is now a tradition for our family! She was such a kind hearted lady. She will be missed greatly. Love Larry Cammy and family "
