Elise was born on July 15, 1959 in Council Bluffs, one of three children of Karen Eloise (Childs) and Robert Moore Collins. She was a Rose Kennedy School graduate and worked for Vodec in Council Bluffs. Elise especially enjoyed watching wrestling, cheerleading, playing softball, and participating in Special Olympics.
Elise is survived by her parents, Robert and Karen Collins of Council Bluffs, brother Robert Marshall Collins (Susan) of Nashville, TN; sister Rebecca Engelman (Peter) of Liberty, MO; one nephew, five nieces; and a host of family and Vodec friends and staff.
