"Adrienne and I will always remember the many great fun-loving times spent with Terry and Pat, starting with our first social at Kodak to all the many Christie Lake vacations and numerous trips after retirement. I also fondly recall the April trout-fishing trips to Coudersport PA, the softball and BB games, the golf outings, the Friday-night Euchre parties, all so lasting memories.....I can proudly say that Terry was a dear friend to me for over 57 years and I will greatly miss him.....Rest in Peace my friend.....Hopefully there are no BUGS in Heaven to catch....only tons of Bass and Walleye!!!"

"My most sincere condolences to Mrs. Compton and the entire family. I attended several of Terry's classes at Brockport, and upon graduating with my Bachelors degree, he asked me to guest speak in two of his classes every semester, until he retired from teaching. I recently retired as Commissioner of Recreation and Parks for the Town of Perinton. To say Terry was an inspiration is a gross understatement. Thank you for sharing him with us. I will miss him terribly. Jeff Myers"
