"My deepest sympathy to Beth?s family. Although we did not keep in touch after graduation, my memories of her fill me with joy. In middle school, Beth and I crushed on the same lifeguard (being the pool rats we were), listened to Air Supply repeatedly, and later jammed to Prince while cruising. I will always remember her kind heart and loving, joyous spirit. Cathy Jaycox-Butler"

"I cannot even express in words the loss that I feel. And the deep love and sympathy I have for her family. If there was anything that I want her family to know, it is that she made an impact on hundreds if not even thousands of people. In this crazy world of social media, I got to know her through mutual interests in certain Facebook groups. I can genuinely say that we all became like a family. The out pouring of sadness and love that we all have right now I don?t know if her family will ever truly know just how much she was loved and how many people are grieving right now. I just want to speak on behalf of so many of us? That she will always be remembered.? She made a difference in my life and in so many others. She will always be that shining light. "
