Anthony John "Tony" Jimenez, 40, of Tampa, Florida, passed away peacefully on Tuesday, August 23, 2022, in Tampa, Florida.
Anthony John Jimenez was born November 6th, 1981, in Idaho Falls, Idaho. He lived his life with his loving family and amazing caretakers, JJ and Constance. Tony is survived by his parents Dan and Judy Jimenez of Le Mars and Clinton, Iowa, his sister Erica Jimenez, his brother Tim Jimenez (wife Shannon, children Cody and Zia), his sister Emily Jimenez-Baird (husband Steve, children Madilynn and Landon), and his Grandmother Laveta Brady. He is preceded in death by his Maternal Grandfather George H Brady, Paternal Grandmother Lois Locer-Jimenez, and Paternal Grandfather Daniel Jimenez II. Tony was a graduate of Freedom High School Class of 2004. Later, he was a student of LYF - Live Your Function and he certainly brought joy to all those around him with his infectious smile, strength and determination through all of life's trials and tribulations. He was known as the glue of the family and showed everyone what true love was. Tony was a living angel to all who knew him.
A memorial service celebrating "Tony's" life will be held at 11 A.M., Saturday, September 17, 2022, at Carson Celebration of Life Center in Maquoketa. Visitation will be held prior to the service from 10 A.M. to 11 A.M. at the funeral home. Cremation rites have been accorded. Burial will be at Mount Hope Cemetery, Maquoketa, Iowa.
In lieu of other expressions of sympathy, memorials may be directed to Camp Courageous of Iowa.
