Byron Keith Allen Sr
January 26, 1963 - August 5, 2022

Byron K. Allen Sr., aka B.A., was born January 26th 1963 in Omaha Nebraska.

He was preceded in death by his son Davarus E. Neelon, granddaughter Iyana Nyjai B. Allen, brother Kenneth J. Allen and father, Joseph Allen Sr. Byron leaves behind his mother, Gracie Allen, older sister, Latricia Allen Craig of Phoenix, Arizona, younger brother Joseph Allen Jr. of Omaha Nebraska, and younger sister Cherrita Allen of Omaha Nebraska.

He leaves behind many beloved children that were the lights of his life; LaTasha Milsap (Turon) of Kansas City, Missouri, Jermain Allen (Catrina) of DFW, Texas, Byron K. Allen Jr. (Meghan) of DFW, Texas, DeAngelo K. Allen (Lilibeth) of DFW, Texas, (children of Leslie Allen), Shemicka L. Moore (Gene) of Omaha, Nebraska, DeShayla R. Jones of Omaha, Nebraska, Davion S. Somerville of Omaha, Nebraska, and Kajuan Hatten of Omaha, Nebraska. He leaves behind 21 grandchildren. He also leaves behind nephew Joseph Reynolds Omaha Nebraska, nephew Kenneth J. Allen Jr. of Minnesota, niece Chante Allen of Minnesota, nephew Noel Muldrew of Phoenix, Arizona and nephew Christopher Mayweather of Fort Worth, Texas. He spent his last years in the company of his partner, Regina Williams whom he loved very much.

He lived by the motto, 'We All We Got' and he took care to ensure all his children knew and kept in touch with each other. He was a family man in every sense of the word. He went to great lengths to keep in touch with his family and extended family. Byron loved fishing, taught many of his children and grandchildren to fish and fished every chance he got. He also loved to host fish frys for Mother's Day and Father's Day. Although he loved to party and have a good time, he knew God and accepted Christ as his Lord and Savior. He was extremely skilled in various areas. Byron earned and proudly held his CDL. He was a beloved and faithful employee of OPS Transportation for the last few years where he was known for his good nature, outgoing personality and friendliness. He also worked for the City of Omaha for many years. He attended and played football at Iowa Lakes Community college. He graduated from Central High School. He excelled in wrestling, football and track and received many accolades and set records that have yet to be broken.
