North Chili: Passed away on August 9, 2022. Frances is predeceased by her husband, Carl Mengel; sister, Anita Camardo; brother, Raymond Camardo. Frances is survived by her daughters, April Buechel & Lorrie (Jeff Flint) Hueber; grandchildren, Jasha Buechel, Ben Buechel, Amie (Geoff) Handy & Shawn (Bella) Hueber; cherished great-grandson, Jason Buechel; loving great-grandchildren; sister, Jean (Victor) Mastrandrea; sister-in-law, Prudy Camardo; dear family & friends.
Frances was a wonderful mother & grandmother, an avid gardener and a loving guardian.
Frances's life story will be shared during visitation, 10:00 - 11:00 am on Monday, August 15th at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her funeral service will follow at 11:00 am. Inurnment in White Haven Memorial Park. Memorial donations can be made in Frances's name to a charity of your choice.

"This note is to the family of Franny. I have a Dr, appointment at 10.00. We will try to make the servce. I had a stroke and an infection in my spine. I was in the hospital and nursing home from 2/7 until 6/2. We are so sorry to hear of Franny's passing. We loved her and are so sad. We will send a card and make a donation in Franny's name.
