Tributes

Mianne Hanley & Bill Murphy wrote on Aug 16, 2022:

"Dear Bill Larkin, The man with the million dollar smile and personality to match. He was the real deal and we were privileged to know him and Lia for almost 35 years. They were a fun couple and we shared many happy times ? picnics at McDowell Mountain Park, happy hours, and many parties. Bill was instrumental in finding our house in Scottsdale and in helping us close the deal. He did the same for Mary and Doug Fallon and many others. What a pleasure it was to know him. He will be sorely missed. Condolences to you, Michelle, Danielle and Lia. You can find solace in the fact that you had such wonderful parents and that they are now reunited."

Ginny Sikorski wrote on Aug 15, 2022:

"Ginny Sikorski Dear Lia, I just found out that your Dad had recently passed away and I am so very sorry to hear of it. My sincere condolences to you and your sisters. I was able to download and view the services from yesterday and it was both very sad and yet heartening to hear all the wonderful stories and memories of your Dad. I only met Bill a few times but the stories reminded me so much of my own Dad who I lost at 61 years of age. Be thankful that you have all these good memories. And again my condolences to you and all your family."

"Thank you for the link to this service. Fred and I watched with such emotion as Bill?s family honored him with such a beautiful tribute. The metaphor of the candle is so apt, and so many people will keep it lit with collective memories. Everyone?s eulogies were so heartfelt. What we knew personally of Bill as friends was that he was a kind, strong man who loved his family. The Larkins are so lucky to have had him. Slide presentation certainly showed that. And what a Hollywood style glamorous couple! Their?s was a storybook romance that lasted a lifetime. Our condolences to all who loved him. Take care. Fred and Jane Cruickshank "
