Clifton Brent Olsen, (69), peacefully passed away on December 4, 2021 at home in Phoenix, Arizona. He was the husband to Ronda Fisher Olsen. They were sealed for eternity in the Salt Lake Temple on June 16, 1972.
Born in Richfield, Utah on June 26, 1952, he was the son of Marvin and Carol Olsen (deceased). He served in the US Army Reserves. He retired in 2020 from US Foods Service as the West Region Category Specialist, Center of the Plate. He was in the meat industry since 1970.
He was a member of The Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. He served in many different capacities and loved serving others. He was a Boy Scout and earned his Eagle Scout award. He enjoyed wood working in his shop in his garage. He loved creating and designing birdhouses and specialty boxes. He loved collecting hand carved ducks from artisans. He loved collecting Fossil Watches and tie tacks. He liked boating and water skiing and liked going to the NHRA High Performance car races.
He was passionate about serving others. He was always willing to lend a helping hand to those in need. He went on several humanitarian trips with Blanca's House and he volunteered at feed my starving children weekly. He loved spending time with his grandkids and going to their sports and events.
He is survived by his wife Ronda Fisher Olsen, his daughters Hailey Wilkinson (Danny) and Heather Anderson (Tim), Grandchildren Ben, Sadie, Dallin, Eve Wilkinson and Claire, Mason, Finley, and Charlotte Anderson. Brothers: Eldon (deceased) (Janel) Olsen, Lloyd (Nancy) Olsen, Leslie Olsen (deceased) and sister Gayle (Joe) Jensen.
