Anthony, better known as 'Tony', was born April 17, 1965, the son of Anthony and Myra (O'Malley) Frank in Pittsburgh, PA. In 1983, Tony graduated from South Park High School and furthered his education by taking college courses at Steel Center Vocational Tech. In 1991, he married Betty 'Jo' Ellis in Brooksville, FL, and together they had two children, Cody and Brittney. Jo and Tony moved back to Burlington in 1995 and later divorced. In 2011, Tony married Jessica Crow in Burlington, IA, and together they had one child, Elley. Jessica and Tony later divorced and he continued to reside in Burlington with his children.

Tony loved all things outdoors. He was always camping, hunting, fishing, and crafting things he found out in the wilderness. Tony was a die hard Pittsburgh Steelers fan and if you were lucky enough to know him, you probably only saw him in Steelers attire. Tony loved drawing, biking, and cooking. He cooked a mean spaghetti that is a favorite for his kids that they will never forget. Tony had a huge heart and was always making everyone laugh with his spunky personality; he could brighten any room.

Tony is survived by his son, Cody (Monica) Frank of Iowa City, IA; daughters, Brittney (Danielle) Frank of Burlington, IA and Elley Frank of Burlington, IA; sister, Kimberly (Bill) Wolfe of Pittsburgh, PA; brother, Aaron Frank of Pittsburgh, PA; beloved granddaughters, Briena Fenton and Arbour Swanson; and several nieces, nephews, cousins and special friends.

He was preceded in death by his parents, Anthony and Myra Frank; and his former wife and mother of his oldest two children, Betty Jo Frank.

A memorial fund has been established for his family. Cards may be sent in Tony's honor to 114 N. Plane St, Burlington, IA 52601.
