"I have not seen Billy since high school but back then he was always so sweet. Sending hugs and prayers to his family Terri La Forest Novak"
"Billy was amazing. He was such a great guy. He cared very much for people and how they felt. Billy was the one I turned to when I just needed a breath of fresh air. He could make me laugh in a second. I have so many fond memories of Billy, I couldn't begin to pick just one to write about. He was a huge part of my life. I last saw Billy this past December for Christmas and what a blast. He and I picked up right where we left off...(making jokes about the rest of the family.) I love you Billy so much. I know you are in Heaven with your Momma and Doshy. Rest in Peace ...my Brother, My Friend . "
