"Kathy, I am so sorry for your loss. I really enjoyed working with Dick when he came into the ASCS/FSA office in Malvern. One fall in the 80's he let me run his combine for a few weeks to harvest corn and beans. After I transfered to Hawaii, I happened to run into him in Council Bluffs while visiting the mainland. We had a good visit. My prayers are with you and your family. Steve Peterson "

"Dick was a kind, gentle man. He was such a support for the Class of 1965 Homecoming reunions....offering a low-boy to build our float for the parade & driving us around the Square with his tractor. Rest in peace, Dick...we will miss you! Prayers for Kathy & family."
