Charles Robert Twyman, age 75, left peacefully to be with his beloved soulmate and wife of 42 years, Sharon A. Twyman, on June 29th, 2022 at 1:45 pm in Ocala Florida. Charles "Papa Chuck" Twyman was born on November 5, 1946 In Fairmont, West Virginia.
Papa Chuck was a Jack of all trades. A man that could accomplish anything that was put in front of him! Construction, Carpentry, Plumbing, and fine detail work, to name a few. He was most proud of his work at The Hacienda in Boulder City Nevada on Lake Mead. He was most passionate about his love for music, specifically Motown Records and The Temptations!
Papa Chuck was a very independent, simple and humble man, that would do for others before he did for himself, especially his family. A man that would give the shirt off his back to anyone in need. A man that truly believed in loyalty, respect, and trust. He truly believed that where there's a will there's a way, And a man is only as good as his word! To know him was to love him!
Papa Chuck always put his family first. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Sharon A. Twyman; his father Earl L. Twyman; His mother Lillian J Twyman; Brothers James Twyman, Dale Twyman, Earl Twyman, and sister Betty Twyman.
He is survived by daughters Sheila Garitta, Lynn Twyman, and Christie Twyman; Son in Law, Joseph C. Garitta; Sons, Charles Joseph Twyman and Ronnie Godwin. Grand children; Brendan Godwin, Dominic Garitta, Charles Dylan Twyman, Gage Maloney, Cory Godwin, Jonathan Garitta, Charles Matthew Twyman, Sara Twyman, Lillian Meriweather, Devan Bohanon, Chase Lawlor, and Christa Lawlor. 2 Great Grandchildren; Jackson Joseph Garitta, and Bryson R. Godwin.
