David is preceded in death by his parents, David and Geraldine and sisters Melody Moore and Cheryl Moore.
He is survived in death by his wife Peggy Billman - Moore; children Wendy Billman, Audrey (Wade) Baker, and Tonya Scott; grandchildren David, Cierra, Holly, Xavier, Jade, Aurora, and Nickoli; brothers Bobby and Ron; sisters Geri and Suray; and many nieces, nephews, and other family.
