"Margaret had the BEST laugh and we sure did. I worked with her when she was the Patient Advocate at MGH. Being Scottish, she was not a fan of St. Patrick's Day, so I always sent her the funniest Patrick's Day card I could find and then call her on that day (after she retired) and ask her if she was eating her "Lucky Charms." We would have a great laugh and talk about the "old days." Have thought of her so often, she was such a great gal. God Bless her. "

"I?m sorry that I won?t be in Marquette tomorrow to join you all at Margaret?s Celebration of Life. My memories of her, are just as have been written. However, one most precious is, about your choice of place to honor her. Each time I was visiting, we took at least one ride around Presque Isle, and the words she spoke each time we were near the waterfront?..? Aren?t we lucky to have all of this?. Yes, we are Margaret. Peace be with you, your family and friends, both here and in Scotland. Your beautiful smile will never be forgotten. "

"I met Margaret when I returned to MQT in 1975, when we began working together in the newly opened hemodialysis center, housed in the former St. Mary's Hospital. I felt like I found the best 'big sister' one might imagine having. I learned and laughed so much working with her, have tons of wonderful memories, and could never thank her enough for the gift of her friendship. She was one of the finest nurses and one of the finest human beings I have encountered over many years. She made our world a better place with her joyful, capable, kind, hard working spirit. My deepest sympathy for your huge loss, Larry, Linda, and Lorraine. She was so proud of you all and adored your families. Telling stories about her grands was her delight. RIP dear friend. "
