Dale Frederick Steen, 54, peacefully passed away on June 3, 2022, while vacationing with family in Lead, South Dakota. Dale graduated from Benson High School. Dale and Myra were married on April 20, 1996, and had three children, Ryan Andrew Steen, Corey Nicholas Steen, and Cameron Raphael Thomas.

Dale was a caring and compassionate husband, father, grandfather, son, brother, and uncle. He dedicated himself to his family, friends, and, in many cases, strangers in need. Dale enjoyed spending time with family and friends, listening to music, and was an avid fisherman. A unique and selfless soul, Dale was often the life of the party who always ensured that everyone enjoyed themselves as well. Dale will be greatly missed by the many souls who were truly blessed to have known him.

Dale is survived by his devoted and loving wife, Myra; his three sons, Ryan, Corey, and Cameron; his two daughters-in-law, Janie Steen and Damariz Steen; his grandchildren, Kayler, Nora, Andrew, Alayna, Emilia, Brianna, Jayden, Ky'Rell, Javeon, Jade, Ja'el, Jayce, and Jayon; his mother, Kay Steen; his siblings, Linda Bailey, Debra (Jamie) Plater, Paulett Bailey, and Lisa Spencer; and his many relatives and countless friends. Dale was preceded in death by his beloved father, Paul Bailey, and younger brother, Horace "Big H" Steen. A Celebration of Dale Frederick Steen's Life will take place immediately after his funeral service at The Venue at Highlander, 2120 N. 30th Street, Omaha, Nebraska 68111.
