Anne L. Dougherty

Passed away on June 12, 2022. Anne is predeceased by her parents, Carmella Marcella Pilaroscia & Bernard Patrick Dennis Sr. She is survived by her loving husband of 55 years, Tom Dougherty; daughters, Katie (Tim) Bleier, Colleen (Brian) Krawczyk, Carmel (Marc) Boeh; grandchildren, Abby, Lindsey, Clare, Quinn & Declan; brother, Bernie (Joyce) Dennis; nephew, Patrick (Laura) Dennis; her beloved flower shop family, dear extended family & many cherished friends.

The world is a lot less fabulous today, but Heaven got a whole lot brighter. Annie started her business 64 years ago and has loved making people's lives better through flowers each and every day since. Her passion for others and love of life gave families throughout Rochester ever-lasting memories. Thank you to everyone who supported her dream for more than half a century. Words cannot describe what it meant to her. Annie's family would like to extend a sincere thank you to doctors, John Robb & Anthony Patraglia, P.A. Anthony D'Ambra, and all of her wonderful doctors and caregivers.

Annie's life story will be shared during visitation, 1:00-3:00 pm & 5:00-8:00 pm on Tuesday, June 14th at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Lane. Her Funeral Mass will be officiated by the Most Reverend Salvatore R. Matano at 10:30 am on Wednesday, June 15th at Our Mother of Sorrows Church, 5000 Mt. "I will never forget Anne and all the wonderful beautiful things she did with the kids at MOS. She always offered her help and always smiled. She was a joy to have around. Fabulous Flowers did the flowers for my daughter?s wedding and they were wonderful. I am sure she worked just as hard at Holy Cross. I just will never forget her.
