Donna L. Vogel, 82, of Fort Dodge passed away Sunday, June 12, 2022, at Friendship Haven.
Donna is survived by her children Donald (Sharon) Vogel of Fort Dodge, Michael Vogel of Otho, Larry (Carla) Vogel of MO, grandchildren Karen Vogel and Connor Vogel, and great grandsons Bernie and Andrew, great granddaughter Makaylee.
She was preceded in death by her husband, Gene in 2017, and parents Donald and Zola (Gochenouer) Perry.
Donna Lou Perry was born August 12, 1939, in Fort Dodge She was raised and attended school in Otho. Donna was united in marriage to Gene Vogel on March 29, 1956, at Riverside Methodist Church In Fort Dodge. The couple established their home in Otho. Donna worked as a cook for the Fort Dodge School system for a number of years, and then as a tech at an Animal Hospital in Las Vegas while the couple lived there for Gene's work. The couple returned to Fort Dodge, where she worked with her son Don at Choice Printing for 12 years, before retiring in 2005. She was a member of St. Mark's Episcopal Church.
Private family burial will be held at a later date. Laufersweiler-Sievers Funeral Home is serving the family. Memorials may be left to family discretion.
