Thomas was known for his wonderful stories and great sense of humor. He touched so many people's lives with his kindness and generosity. He loved spending time with his family and friends.

Thomas's life story will be shared during visitation, 2-4 & 7-9 on Tuesday, June 14th at the funeral home, 1411 Vintage Ln. His Funeral Mass will be celebrated at 9:30 on Wednesday, June 15th at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 3003 Dewey Ave. Interment Holy Sepulchre Cemetery.

Thomas is a Rochester native, born and raised. His father Thomas, Sr. was a railroad foreman. His mother, Josephine took on the business of managing the home, cooking (which she loved) and child raising for Thomas, his brother Philip and sister, Lucy.

He graduated from high school and decided to learn a trade and he became a barber. He also worked as a bartender and car salesman. He married Isabelle Marie D'Ambrosia in 1961. They were married for 60 years before Isabelle passed. They had three beautiful children, Thomas III, Josephine and Rita. He and Isabelle were also blessed with several grandchildren and great grandchildren! And not to be forgotten, his cats, Simon & Sergio and dog, Shadow, who he loved very much.

Some of Thomas's best days were spent fishing. He liked to throw a line in the water with the best of fishermen. Camping trips with the family and taking his time out by the water to fish were two things he loved to do. He also like to collect stamps, but most times he was content just spending time with his family. The holidays spent together with a spread of good food were happy times.

He enjoyed listening to Frank Sinatra and old Italian music, Luciano Pavarotti being one of his favorites. His guilty pleasure... watching the Golden Girls whenever he could!

Thomas was a kind, loving soul, a true gentleman. He will be missed by everyone's life he touched.
